Own and manage user management and Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes, including Joiner/Mover/Leaver workflows and role/permission models. Lead end-to-end service delivery from request intake through approval, implementation, and documentation, aiming for short cycle times and high quality. Ensure governance and auditability, improve service quality using KPIs and feedback, and coordinate closely with HR and IT Security/Compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science/Business Informatics or equivalent
• Experience in IT Service Management and/or process/service responsibility
• IAM/User Management experience (permissions, roles, Joiner/Mover/Leaver)
• High customer/service orientation and clear, friendly communication
• Responsible, proactive, and structured execution
• Solid ITIL knowledge (certification beneficial)
• Communication, moderation, and teamwork skills
