Senior IT Specialist - Privileged Access Management and Secret Management (M/F/D)

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior IT Specialist to join our security-focused team within IAM Core Services, Enterprise Operations & Services. In this role, you will be responsible for operate, implementing, and maintaining core identity and access security services - Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Secret Management.You will work closely with infrastructure, application, and IT security teams to ensure that access to critical systems is secure, compliant, and aligned with best practices. This is a key technical position in our ongoing journey to strengthen our enterprise security posture. Key ResponsibilitiesOperation, and continuous improvement of Privileged Access Management (PAM) platformsManage and mature Secret Management solutions including vaulting, rotation, and secure credential distribution.Build and maintain automation, policies, and processes that ensure secure access across complex hybrid environments.Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure compliance with internal controls, auditing requirements, and regulatory standards.Provide expert guidance to infrastructure and application teams on secure credential, secrets, and identity practices.Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting PAM and secret management.Function as SME in security-focused projects and support cross-functional initiatives.Continuously monitor the industry landscape and recommend improvements based on emerging best practices and threat trends.Qualifications & ExperienceRequired:5+ years of experience working with identity security, infrastructure security, or advanced system administration.Strong understanding of ands‑on experience with PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust)Strong understanding of secret management platforms (e.g., CyberArk Secret Management, Azure Key Vault, AWS Secrets Manager)Developing custom CyberArk CPM plugins and PSM connectors.Strong understanding of Linux and/or Windows environmentsFamiliarity with identity governance, least privilege, and Zero Trust principlesExperience scripting or automating (PowerShell, REST/API, Python, or similar)Strong problem-solving skills and experience working in enterprise-scale environments.Certification such as CyberArk DefenderFluency in oral and written English – minimum B2 level.
