Description

You will start an entry program in IT Service & Support in March 2027 and work from day one in end-user IT support for the Schwarz business group. The role includes structured qualification in an IT Education Center (ITEC), mentoring from day one, and preparation for the IHK exam. After completion, you will assume further responsibility in a specialist area.

Role Description / Responsibilities

• Actively support end users in IT Service & Support from day one
• Learn and later train new Service Agents
• Participate in intensive review of relevant exam topics in the final year

Requirements

• Intermediate school leaving certificate (mittlere Reife) and completed vocational training in a non-IT profession, or an interrupted degree, or demonstrable experience in IT
• Strong IT affinity and enthusiasm for learning new topics and challenges
• Willingness to cover service hours flexibly within the team
• Good communication skills and enjoyment in working with people
• Very good German skills; confident in international conversations in English
