Description

A certified, state-supported retraining program to become an IHK-qualified IT Systems Integration Specialist with integrated practical experience. Over 24 months, you will learn to plan, set up, operate, and troubleshoot professional IT systems. The program includes intensive preparation for the IHK examination.

Role / Responsibilities

• Plan, install, configure, and maintain IT systems
• Install and configure hardware, software, and networks
• Administer servers, clients, and user accounts
• Perform error analysis, deliver IT support, and resolve technical issues
• Learn fundamentals of IT security, data backup, and system documentation
• Communicate with users, customers, and specialist departments
• Gain practical experience through an integrated operations internship

Requirements

• Interest in computers, technology, and digital systems

• Good German skills in speaking and writing
