Description

You will support the management of the Microsoft server and network structure and actively work with the IT Administrator team on the current transition to Microsoft 365. You will document IT processes and maintain central system information, while automating and optimizing workflows. You will also plan, design, and implement new IT requirements and projects with a high quality standard.

Responsibilities

• Support steering of Microsoft-based server and network structure; collaborate on Microsoft 365 transition
• Meticulously document IT technical processes and maintain central system information
• Automate and optimize workflows; implement cross-team IT processes for efficient working methods
• Plan, design, and deliver new IT requirements and projects independently

Requirements

• Completed IT-technical training
• Experience as an IT administrator (ideally long-term)
• Strong knowledge of Windows Servers, Active Directory, networking, virtualization (e.g., VMware) and ideally Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with SAP applications and MS Office
• Structured, self-directed work style with high quality requirements; ability to take responsibility and show initiative
• Strong communication and teamwork; able to work with colleagues and customers and clearly communicate even with non-technical stakeholders
• Interest in further training and new technologies
