  • Apply systems thinking to keep designs consistent, scalable, and aligned with Bumble’s broader design language; contribute to shared patterns and design system evolution.

  • Use AI-powered design and research tools to accelerate exploration, prototype ideas, and synthesize insights while applying human judgment for final decisions.

  • Communicate design rationale clearly and confidently using storytelling and data to build alignment and move teams forward.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally, take ownership, and adapt with an agile mindset as priorities evolve.

  • Champion inclusive design practices and role-model values of respect and excellence.

  • Deep skills in interaction design, visual design, and UX principles; ability to balance craft, usability, and speed.

  • Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools; comfort working across multiple fidelity levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers with ownership toward shared outcomes.

  • Experience using AI tools to support design workflows, research synthesis, or ideation; curiosity about responsible AI enhancement.

  • Empathetic, clear communicator who can give and receive feedback constructively.

  • People-first mindset aligned with curiosity and courage; commitment to inclusive experiences that positively impact members’ lives.
