Product Designer (Mid-Senior)

Mid • On-site

180,000 - 240,000 PLN/yr

Krakow, MA, Poland

About the Role

Join the New Business team, a cross-functional squad that operates like an internal startup within a mature B2B SaaS product. The team builds new modules from scratch: shaping ideas into MVPs, validating them with real users, and deciding what to scale, pivot, or hand off to other teams. Over the next 6–12 months, the focus is on shipping AI-powered experiences that change how facility and asset managers work.

Work side by side with a Product Manager, Tech Lead, and Engineers, with ownership of what gets built and how it is designed. This is a hybrid position based in Kraków or Warsaw, with 2–3 days per week in the office.

This Role Is a Strong Fit If

  • Your portfolio includes complex, data-heavy B2B SaaS products for professional daily use.
  • You have shipped products end to end and enjoy zero-to-one work as well as refining later product versions.
  • You are excited by AI as a design material and want to shape how it appears in a product.

This Role May Not Be the Right Fit If

  • Your portfolio is primarily consumer apps, marketing sites, or landing pages.
  • You prefer only mature, stable products with well-defined design problems.

What You Will Bring to the Team

  • Solid B2B SaaS experience as a Product Designer, demonstrated through work on complex, data-heavy products for business users.
  • End-to-end UX ownership, from discovery and problem framing through ideation, design, validation, and delivery; ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and zero-to-one work, including shaping new modules, building MVPs, running validation, and making informed trade-offs in an evolving problem space.
  • Strong research and insight-synthesis skills, including qualitative methods such as user interviews and usability testing, plus quantitative usage analytics and product metrics.
  • Advanced product and interaction-design skills for making complex B2B interfaces and sophisticated workflows intuitive and efficient.
  • Ability to produce high-quality design artifacts and prototypes, including wireframes, user journeys, and interactive prototypes at different fidelities.
  • High proficiency in Figma and comfort using AI-powered tools in the design workflow.
  • Design-system experience, including contributing to its evolution and ensuring product consistency, scalability, and accessibility.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to present and defend design decisions, and effective collaboration with international stakeholders. English proficiency at B2/C1.

What Success Looks Like in the First 6–12 Months

  • Ship at least one new module from MVP to early adoption, with clear evidence of user impact.
  • Shape initial AI-powered experiences that make complex capabilities clear and trustworthy.
  • Improve core product experiences, reduce friction in critical user flows, and better support daily user work.
  • Strengthen and evolve the design system to improve application consistency and reduce design-to-development effort.

Your Mission

Solve meaningful user problems through strong product experiences that support business goals. Own design outcomes end to end, turning user insights, business needs, and technical constraints into clear, effective solutions in a fast-moving team that ships MVPs and improves existing product experiences.

Contribute to the design system, raise UX quality across the product, and bring user research and data into everyday product decisions.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary: 15,000–20,000 PLN net on a B2B contract, depending on experience, or equivalent total employer cost for an employment contract.
  • Annual budget for training and education, available during working hours.
  • Flexible working hours and hybrid work.
  • Private healthcare, including life and health insurance.
  • Extra day off for medical check-ups.
  • Annual team offsite.
  • Apple equipment.
  • Monthly themed breakfasts.
  • Referral program.
