Description

Join a geographically diverse creative team to develop effective, exciting, and culturally relevant work for the portfolio of Bumble Inc. brands. Work across social, growth content, CRM, ASO, marketing, and partnership campaigns, translating concepts into visually compelling print and digital designs while collaborating with copywriters, art directors, motion designers, and video editors/producers.

Responsibilities

• Design across communications spanning social, growth, CRM, ASO, marketing, and partnership campaigns globally.
• Develop creative concepts and translate them into visually compelling designs across print and digital media.
• Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, and art directors to produce cohesive, engaging work across all brands.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming and concepting sessions.
• Present work to key stakeholders, explaining assignments and the rationale behind design decisions.
• Uphold and champion brand standards across all markets and touchpoints.
• Manage your workload effectively and proactively flag resource or timeline considerations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the tech sector.
• Proficient in design applications (Adobe CC, Figma) and using the latest design tools; openness to future & AI.
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude and flexible approach to complex problems.
• Keen cultural curiosity.
• Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively.
• Great communication skills (verbal and written).
• Thrives in fast-paced environments, managing multiple briefs and tight deadlines.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of design principles: typography, layout, color theory.
• Ability to deliver across digital, print, packaging, and out-of-home channels.
• Conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for the brand vision and values.
