Description
The Product Designer will execute end-to-end product design for AI-enabled, user-centric experiences, combining human-centered design practices, strategic product thinking, and AI innovation to deliver scalable solutions that drive customer value and business outcomes. The role drives design initiatives from discovery to launch with minimal supervision, partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership and leveraging AI prototyping capabilities, Figma, and design systems to deliver seamless design artifacts. The position focuses on consistency, scalability, and usability across a complex portfolio, shaping product design and strategy and advocating for intuitive integration of AI into the design workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- AI-Led Product Design Experience
- Execute end-to-end design for AI-enabled product experiences across web, mobile, and other channels from discovery to launch
- Translate user needs into intuitive workflows, interaction models, and scalable solutions aligned with product strategy
- Decompose customer needs into intuitive, scalable product designs tied to product strategy intent
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research; synthesize insights and behavioral data into actionable recommendations
- Validate concepts through usability testing and define success metrics to inform product design decisions
- Design System & Architecture
- Define cross-portfolio design systems to drive consistency across components, accessibility standards, and interaction patterns
- Create AI-driven reusable frameworks and patterns that highlight product recommendations and improve UX quality
- Design Innovation
- Leverage Figma AI and other AI-powered design tools to augment design efficiency and quality and drive team productivity
- Identify emerging AI trends and tooling that steer design innovation cross-functionally
- Share AI-led design best practices with key stakeholders and partners
- Cross Functional Partnership
- Partner with product, data, customer success, and other commercial businesses to translate complex initiatives into human-centered design
- Contribute to feature definition and prioritization across product roadmaps and workflows

Requirements
- Degree or equivalent; typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human-computer interaction, graphic design, visual design, industrial design, information architecture, information systems, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of progressive experience in product design in enterprise, platform, SaaS, and digital experiences
- Experience executing end-to-end product design for complex technical product portfolios from discovery to launch
- Proficiency in Figma including AI-enabled prototyping and design systems architecture: governance, component libraries, tokens
- Expertise in AI-enabled product design: human-AI interaction patterns, prompt design, rapid prototyping, UX research augmentation, content generation, AI assisted-workflow, responsible AI principles
- Ability to craft scalable design frameworks, design standards, and interaction patterns; judgment on where to enforce consistency vs customization
- Exceptional cross-functional facilitation, collaboration, and stakeholder management (discovery sessions, design workshops, strategic working sessions)
- Strong communication and storytelling to translate technical insights into executive-ready narratives
- Experience creating and operationalizing AI-enabled design workflows, agents, and automation capabilities to accelerate design velocity
- Authorized to work in the United States full-time without employer support or sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Experience
- Experience scaling design systems across complex multi-product platform organizations
- Deep understanding of AI-enabled design-to-code workflows (automated prototyping, code generation, integration of design systems into development practices)
- Familiarity with technical product concepts, cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and API-driven models
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy operations, supply chain, or predictive analytics domains
