Description

Shape the future of account opening by designing intuitive and scalable experiences within the MANTL product, helping users open accounts with confidence and ease. Partner closely with Product and Engineering on the Deposits Team to define user problems, explore innovative solutions, and create designs that support market-leading origination. Contribute to and expand the Design System to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across all user touchpoints, working within a collaborative team that ships high-quality products and maintains a transparent critique culture.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, scalable experiences for the account opening/origination workflow in the MANTL product
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define user problems and explore innovative solutions
• Develop and expand a shared design system for consistency across product touchpoints
• Present designs and clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders

Qualifications / Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience designing world-class applications with a strong portfolio showing process and impact
• Experience conducting and synthesizing user research, including contextual inquiry and evaluative methods
• Experience contributing to and working within a shared design system
• Experience embedded in an agile cross-functional product development team with Product Managers and Engineers
• Proficiency in designing and prototyping with modern software (Figma preferred)
• Proficiency in AI-enabled design workflows
• Experience shipping products to market
• Preference for background in financial tech and services
• Experience building loans or deposit products is a major plus (or experience in Enterprise SaaS)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in graphic design, HCI, UX, or related area is preferred, or equivalent work experience
• US work authorization required (no sponsorship)
