Description

As a Staff Product Designer, you will help lead the evolution of design through build-first practices, scaling it across people, processes, and systems. You will join the Ads & Promos Design team to shape the strategic vision for a marketing tooling platform that supports SMB and enterprise restaurants across global markets. You will drive both team effectiveness and business growth by improving velocity and autonomy through reusable workflows and tools, and by enabling faster experimentation and higher-quality execution.

Responsibilities

  • Define projects with a clear point of view by writing briefs that synthesize customer insights and business goals into actionable roadmaps
  • Bring clarity to ambiguous, cross-team problems; turn them into work that ships; drive prioritization and tradeoffs between quality, speed, and impact
  • Lead projects from concept through execution while staying close during iteration; deliver high-fidelity designs and production-ready prototypes
  • Design across systems and workflows and contribute to shared tools (e.g., prompt libraries, component generators, workflow automations)
  • Mentor peers on responsible AI usage and contribute reusable frameworks that scale beyond the team
  • Build cross-functional relationships and influence roadmaps using evidence-based thinking and tangible prototypes
  • Multiply team impact through mentorship, recruiting, and inclusive practices

Requirements

  • Portfolio demonstrating craft excellence, systems thinking, and leadership through influence
  • Use data to inform decisions, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-impact outcomes
  • Comfortable working in code and with LLM-powered tools; prototype in production; contribute to implementation when needed
  • Designs and builds solutions that scale across teams and workflows
  • Thrives in ambiguity and creates clarity through shipped work
  • Develop AI-assisted or LLM-powered workflows that support component creation, documentation, evaluation, automation, and design system scalability
  • Produce clear design specifications, system documentation, governance artifacts, and reusable implementation guidance
  • Balance user needs, accessibility standards, business goals, and technical constraints to create feasible, polished, scalable digital experiences
  • Analyze product usage, workflow effectiveness, and user feedback to iterate and improve efficiency, consistency, conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction
