Description

Provides administrative support and business development assistance to Investment Relationship Managers.

Performs duties such as making and tracking appointments; preparing investment proposals, reviews, and routine correspondence; organizing paper flow to meet record-keeping requirements; maintaining client files and supplies; answering phones; and opening and disseminating mail. Assists in business development by meeting with prospects (existing or new), contacting current clients to review relationships, planning and coordinating marketing campaigns/business development seminars, and coordinating with internal departments on joint business initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Five or more years of investment industry experience preferred
• FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 and/or Series 66 registrations for business incentives
• Life, variable life, health and disability licenses for business incentives

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, specifically investment advisory and brokerage services, internal policies/procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Experience with brokerage industry policies/processes and FINRA/SEC regulatory standards
• Understanding of Wealth Management Advisor business model, needs, key drivers, and the sales process
• Knowledge of internal administrative, compliance, and operational procedures
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, prioritization, follow-up, and relationship-building skills

Compensation

Pay Range: $25.77 - $34.33
