Description

This job is responsible for developing and delivering data solutions to accomplish technology and business goals and initiatives. Key responsibilities include performing code design and delivery tasks associated with the integration, cleaning, transformation, and control of data in operational and analytical data systems.

The position focuses on designing, developing, implementing, and supporting data and reporting solutions for AML.

Responsibilities

  • Works across development teams to contribute to story refinement and delivery of data requirements through the delivery life cycle.
  • Uses architecture components to integrate, clean, transform, and control data in operational and analytical systems per acceptance criteria.
  • Builds processes for data transformation, structures, metadata, data quality controls, dependency, and workload management; defines data pipelines and complex data sets.
  • Develops and executes test plans; contributes to integration, regression, and performance test suites; analyzes reports and triages underlying causes.
  • Drives complex IT projects for on-time delivery and adheres to team delivery and release processes.
  • Identifies, defines, and documents data engineering requirements for deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality.
  • Closes gaps in data management standards adherence with stakeholders and technology partners; communicates solutions for complex data problems.
  • Designs, develops, tests, and maintains AML data pipelines, reporting solutions, and data products.
  • Builds integrations, workflows, and automation to improve efficiency and data quality.
  • Develops scalable, reusable data components for multiple applications and use cases.
  • Supports day-to-day AML data platform operations: issue resolution, monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • Translates data requirements into technical solutions; performs validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
  • Troubleshoots production issues and implements sustainable fixes.
  • Participates in code reviews and testing to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
  • Contributes to platform resiliency, performance tuning, and disaster recovery testing.
  • Creates and maintains technical documentation, operational procedures, and support materials.
  • Supports Agile delivery and improves processes, automation, and platform efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting data solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on experience developing and maintaining data pipelines, reporting solutions, and workflow automation.
  • Strong experience with SQL and large-scale data processing.
  • Experience supporting production environments, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Ability to analyze complex data problems and develop practical, scalable solutions.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with technical and business partners.
  • Experience with data governance, data quality, and control processes.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
