Summer 2027 Data Engineering Intern

The purpose of this internship is to give a college student an opportunity to work with a team of data and analytics engineers and learn SQL, ETL, SSIS, Data Consumption and Support, SDLC, Data Governance and Data Architecture. The internship emphasizes real-world scenarios involving moving, storing, and providing meaningful data, along with the associated rules and best practices.

Internship Duties And Responsibilities

• Shadow Data and Analytics Engineers and their duties and projects.
• Attend EDMG meetings such as code reviews, standardization, data governance, etc.
• Analyze data.
• Create Spotfire visualizations.
• Utilize data virtualization tools.
• Write SQL scripts and queries.
• Participate and attend relevant events/trainings scheduled for Summer Interns.

• Gain hands-on experience working while learning about the financial services industry.

Position Overview

As an intern, you experience daily what you learned in finance or economics classes, see how banks work for businesses and consumers, enhance leadership skills, learn key financial drivers, acquire credit skills important to portfolio health, and understand complex regulatory compliance issues. Possible positions include support areas such as Finance, Marketing, HR, Project Mgmt., and Accounting.

Risk Management Responsibility
