Description

Take ownership of driving growth in Healthcare Practice Finance within your assigned market through independent effort and strategic networking. This high-impact individual contributor role focuses on self-sourced growth, building a Centers of Influence (COI) network, partnering with local Healthcare Relationship Managers for seamless client experience, and delivering tailored financial products and services.

Responsibilities

• Self-Sourced Growth: Independently identify, engage, and convert new healthcare practice clients
• Expansive COI Network: Develop and maintain a broad network of Centers of Influence (referral partners, industry professionals, strategic stakeholders) to generate a steady pipeline of new business
• Partnership: Collaborate with local Healthcare Relationship Managers; after receiving loan commitment, introduce the relationship and transition it to the local RM for ongoing management and deeper engagement while positioning the organization as the premier financial partner for healthcare practices
• Tailored Solutions: Deliver customized financial products and services that meet client needs and drive long-term loyalty

Requirements

• Typically has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Typically has seven plus years of direct experience in practice financing with proven success
• Entrepreneurial drive with proven ability to self-source business and execute growth strategies independently
• Strong networking skills and ability to cultivate high-value COI relationships
• Advanced knowledge of healthcare practice financing, secured lending, and credit analysis
• Ability to close complex deals and provide insights that influence decision-making
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage clients and referral sources with confidence
• Ability to comply with company policies including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct
