Opportunity Overview

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will take full ownership of designing, automating, and scaling cloud infrastructure and delivery processes on Microsoft Azure. Beyond hands-on engineering, you’ll drive architectural decisions, mentor less experienced engineers, and act as a key technical partner for both internal teams and client stakeholders.

Expect Azure-first cloud environments, modern infrastructure-as-code practices, robust CI/CD, and high-impact solutions used across international organizations and Fortune 500 clients.

You’ll join a team of passionate engineers who value technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable, production-grade CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
  • Lead architectural decisions for cloud and DevOps solutions, defining standards, patterns, and long-term platform strategy.
  • Own DevOps initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.
  • Manage and evolve infrastructure as code using Terraform, with a focus on maintainability and best practices.
  • Collaborate directly with clients and senior stakeholders to understand requirements, propose solutions, and communicate technical decisions.
  • Work with developers and cross-functional teams to continuously improve deployment, delivery, and operational processes.
  • Mentor mid and junior DevOps engineers, supporting their technical growth and raising the overall engineering standard.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to pipelines, cloud resources, networking, and integrations.
  • Stay up to date with the Azure and DevOps ecosystem and propose innovations to enhance platform capabilities.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in a DevOps, Cloud, or similar engineering role, including experience in a senior or leading technical capacity.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and a broad range of core cloud services.
  • Advanced knowledge of Terraform and infrastructure-as-code concepts, with the ability to design and own IaC at scale.
  • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and/or Python.
  • Deep experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, including design and optimization.
  • Solid understanding of cloud architecture: networking, compute, storage, security, and scalability.
  • Proven ability to drive technical initiatives autonomously and communicate decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent English communication, with the ability to engage confidently with client stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Azure Fabric.
  • Experience with Docker and containerized workloads.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging solutions in cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of Bicep or ARM templates.
  • Exposure to AI/ML pipelines or MLOps environments.
  • Familiarity with data engineering concepts and Lakehouse architecture.

Benefits

  • MyBenefit platform / Multisport.
  • Enel-Med private medical care.
  • Annual 2,000 PLN development budget.
  • Access to e-learning platforms.
  • Opportunities to expand responsibility and lead initiatives, including internal promotion opportunities.
  • Long-term cooperation: UZ or B2B.
  • Remote-first work from anywhere in the world (workation).
  • Flexible hours and strong focus on work-life balance.
  • Collaboration with experienced engineers.
  • Flat structure where every voice counts.
  • Company-wide trips, including international ones.
  • Team integration budgets.
  • Open communication and supportive teams.
