Description

Design high-performance Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions for revenue workflows—CPQ, Billing, and Contracts—enhanced by Agentforce automation. Lead integration strategy for Revenue Cloud and Agentforce across the Salesforce ecosystem, and architect secure integrations between Salesforce, ERPs, and PSA solutions using modern APIs. Define governance and AI execution boundaries for autonomous agents, evaluate new Revenue Cloud and AI capabilities, and mentor clients and internal development teams.

Responsibilities

• Design Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions (CPQ, Billing, Contracts) enhanced by Agentforce automation
• Architect autonomous agents and actions for pricing, contract validation, and renewal decisions
• Lead integration strategy for Revenue Cloud and Agentforce within the broader Salesforce ecosystem
• Partner with stakeholders to transform complex business needs into technical reality
• Architect secure integrations between Salesforce, ERPs, and PSA solutions using modern APIs
• Define governance & standards, including best practices and AI execution boundaries for autonomous agent implementations
• Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge Revenue Cloud and AI capabilities
• Serve as a technical advisor to clients and mentor internal development teams

Requirements

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience; minimum 5 years as an Architect
• Deep expertise in Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, Asset Lifecycle)
• Hands-on experience building Agentforce topics and actions for revenue workflows
• Proficient in LLM-assisted design and “vibe coding” (natural language to generate Apex/Flow)
• Experience with Agentforce Studio and Prompt Builder
• Mastery of Sales, Service, and Data Cloud
• Knowledge of PSA tools (Certinia, Kantata) is a strong plus
• Proven record designing complex ERP/HCM integrations and establishing governance for autonomous AI agents
• Strong communicator able to translate technical designs into business ROI and lead cross-functional teams
• Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect preferred
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Revenue Cloud Consultant preferred
• Agentforce Specialist certification is a plus
