Salesforce Revenue Cloud Architect

What You'll Do

• Design high-performance Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions across CPQ, Billing, and Contracts, enhanced by Agentforce automation.
• Architect autonomous agents and actions that support pricing, contract validation, and renewal decisions.
• Lead the integration strategy for Revenue Cloud and Agentforce within the broader Salesforce ecosystem.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
• Architect secure integrations between Salesforce, ERP, and PSA solutions using modern APIs.
• Define best practices and AI execution boundaries for autonomous-agent implementations.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging Revenue Cloud and AI capabilities.
• Act as a technical advisor to clients and mentor internal development teams.

Who You Are

• Deep expertise in Revenue Cloud / Agentforce Revenue Management, including CPQ, Billing, and Asset Lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience building Agentforce topics and actions for revenue workflows.
• Proficiency in LLM-assisted design and vibe coding, using natural language to generate Apex and Flow.
• Experience with Agentforce Studio and Prompt Builder.
• Mastery of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Proven experience designing complex ERP/HCM integrations and establishing governance for autonomous AI agents.
• Knowledge of PSA tools such as Certinia and Kantata is a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical designs into business ROI and lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 5 years as an Architect.
• Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect preferred.
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Revenue Cloud Consultant preferred.
• Agentforce Specialist certification is a plus.
