Salesforce Solution Architect with Agentforce

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Solution Architect with hands-on Agentforce expertise to design, implement, and scale AI-powered autonomous agent solutions on the Salesforce platform.

This role focuses on establishing and leading an Agentforce Center of Excellence (CoE), defining best practices, reusable frameworks, and governance standards for AI agent development. The successful candidate will guide developers and consultants to deliver Agentforce solutions aligned with business goals and measurable automation outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Agentforce Center of Excellence (CoE), providing leadership and direction to developers, consultants, and technical professionals focused on AI agent solutions.
• Design and develop the core architecture for Agentforce-based solutions, including autonomous agents, agent actions, topics, and integrations with Salesforce Data Cloud and Einstein AI.
• Develop reusable Agentforce patterns, reference architectures, and accelerators for training materials, delivery templates, and documentation.
• Define and enforce best practices for Agentforce architecture, prompt engineering, agent testing, and responsible AI governance.
• Communicate with client managers and development teams to align IT strategies with organizational goals and stakeholder needs.
• Evangelize Agentforce capabilities, drive adoption of AI agent frameworks, and promote innovative solution designs that meet business objectives.
• Stay current with Agentforce platform updates, the Salesforce AI roadmap, and agentic-AI trends to enhance CoE offerings and delivery capabilities.
• Oversee technological risks, make informed decisions with stakeholders, and ensure design concepts translate smoothly into operational IT solutions.
• Deliver enhancements, perform system maintenance, and provide optimization and refactoring support.

Requirements

• Proficient Salesforce solution architecture experience with hands-on Agentforce expertise, including autonomous agents, agent actions, topics, and channels.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering Salesforce AI/automation projects, with willingness to establish and run an Agentforce CoE.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and integrations between Agentforce agents and external systems.
• Knowledge and experience in AI-driven process automation, prompt engineering, and large language model (LLM) integration within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Extensive Salesforce platform expertise, particularly with Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, and Salesforce Flow, including an understanding of autonomous-agent orchestration and multi-agent architectures.
• Salesforce AI Associate or AI Specialist certification.
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder or Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address platform limitations and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ability to remain focused under tight deadlines, with a proactive approach.
• Strong English communication skills at B2+ level for collaboration with managers, development teams, and stakeholders.

• Experience with Salesforce MuleSoft.
• Data Cloud certifications or an Agentforce Accredited Professional credential.
