Warsaw, MZ, Poland
About the Role
This is a senior, hands-on development role for an engineer with deep, production-grade experience building and customising Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including CPQ extensions, Billing integrations, Apex invocables, LWC components, and platform automation. You will translate complex quote-to-cash requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
You will be the technical engine on Revenue Cloud engagements, responsible for Apex development, Flow architecture, integration build, and code quality. You will work alongside solution architects, consultants, and AI-native tooling to deliver at pace for PE-portfolio clients.
Revenue Cloud Development — Hands-On Build
Deep, production-level development experience is required across the following Revenue Cloud and platform capabilities:
- CPQ Apex Extensions: Build and maintain CPQ Apex classes such as SBQQ.QuoteCalculatorPlugin, CPQ Price Rules callbacks, Product Configurator extensions, and Custom Script replacements.
- Billing Automation: Develop Apex triggers, invocable methods, and batch jobs to automate billing schedules, invoice generation, payment processing, credit note creation, and billing exception handling.
- Amendment & Renewal Logic: Build Apex-driven amendment and renewal flows including co-term calculations, proration logic, contract line management, and renewal opportunity creation.
- Invocable Apex for Flows: Design and build invocable Apex methods called from Record-Triggered and Screen Flows to extend Revenue Cloud processes beyond declarative limits.
- LWC Development: Build Lightning Web Components for custom quote line editors, pricing calculators, product configurators, approval UIs, and billing dashboards embedded in the Salesforce UI.
- Platform Events & CDC: Use Platform Events and Change Data Capture to trigger real-time integrations and downstream system notifications from Revenue Cloud transactions.
- Batch & Async Apex: Write batch, queueable, and scheduled Apex for large-volume Revenue Cloud operations including invoice runs, renewal processing, and usage rating.
- Flow Architecture: Design and build Record-Triggered Flows, Screen Flows, Autolaunched Flows, and Subflows supporting CPQ and Billing process automation at scale.
- Validation & Rules: Implement validation rules, custom formula fields, and Apex-based constraint logic enforcing quote, contract, and billing data quality standards.
- Agentforce Revenue: Knowledge of Agentforce Revenue SDK, agent actions, agent topics, and AI-assisted quoting or billing automation is highly desirable.
Integration Development
- Design and build integrations between Revenue Cloud and ERP systems, including NetSuite, SAP, and Sage; billing platforms, including ZoneCo and Stripe; and financial systems.
- Develop inbound and outbound REST and SOAP API integrations with appropriate error handling, retry logic, idempotency, and monitoring.
- Build and maintain integration payloads, field-mapping specifications, and data-contract documentation for each connected system.
- Work with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Workato, or similar iPaaS tools to govern integration delivery and operational monitoring.
- Ensure revenue-data integrity, reconciliation, and traceability between Salesforce and downstream finance or billing systems.
DevOps, CI/CD & Release Management
- Own technical delivery through the full development lifecycle: development, code review, unit testing, sandbox validation, staging deployment, and production release.
- Use Salesforce DX, version control, and CI/CD pipelines for reliable, repeatable deployments.
- Manage metadata deployments, change sets, scratch orgs, and sandbox refreshes across project environments.
- Write and maintain Apex unit tests meeting or exceeding 85% code coverage, with a focus on meaningful assertions over coverage gaming.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues including governor-limit violations, SOQL performance, integration failures, and Flow errors.
AI-Native Development
- Use AI-native delivery practices including LLM-assisted code generation, Apex development, Flow design, and integration-specification drafting.
- Apply conversational development workflows using natural-language prompts to generate, refine, test, debug, and document Salesforce technical artifacts.
- Use AI tools responsibly while maintaining strong engineering discipline, code quality, security standards, and platform best practices.
- Contribute to an AI-native accelerator library by documenting reusable patterns, prompt templates, and technical tooling.
Technical Leadership & Collaboration
- Collaborate with solution architects and consultants to translate functional designs into technical build plans.
- Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers in Salesforce development standards, Revenue Cloud patterns, and AI-native tooling.
- Produce technical documentation including solution designs, API specifications, data-flow diagrams, and deployment runbooks.

They integrate dozens of tools via protocols like MCP. They orchestrate multi-agent workflows where agents coordinate with other agents. The infrastructure to support this doesn't exist yet. You can't just duct-tape together a few API calls and call it production-ready. You need a control plane that handles: - Intelligent routing with observability, cost policies, and fallback logic - Centralized tool and MCP server management with security and lifecycle controls - Agent orchestration with governance and guardrails - A unified compute layer to run self-hosted models, custom tools, and agents We've built two products to solve this: AI Gateway is the control plane five composable components (Prompts, LLM Gateway, MCP Gateway, Guardrails, Agent Gateway) that handle routing, orchestration, and governance. AI Deploy is the compute layer of Kubernetes-based platform that abstracts ML workloads as standard software primitives, so everything runs on unified infrastructure. We're Series A, backed by Intel Capital and Sequoia. Companies like CVS, Mastercard, Siemens, Paytm, Synopsys, and Zscaler run production AI workloads on our platform. What you'll do - Own the technical arc of the deal: discovery and the in-depth demo, the architecture discussion with the customer's engineering leaders, and the POC - all the way through to close. - Win the POC on technical merit: Co-define the success criteria with the customer, run the execution tracker and the milestones, and write the integration glue, agent workflows, and eval pipelines that prove value in their environment. The goal is delivered impact, not lines of code. - Make the architecture calls that decide how the customer would run AI in production. You are the technical decision-maker in the room - the CTO in the room - and the person their engineering leaders trust. - Be the technical face of TrueFoundry to enterprise customers, and earn the credibility that turns an evaluation into a signed contract. - Steer the product. You see, first-hand, what customers pull toward and where their first production win lands. Compile that field signal and bring structured, data-backed asks to TrueFoundry's engineering and product teams - your intuition helps shape the roadmap. Who we're looking for - Backend Engineering Experience: 3 to 7 years of backend software engineering experience with production systems you have shipped and owned. Strong in Python, Go, or TypeScript. Comfortable with Kubernetes or any major cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Business Acumen: You don't just question the how but also the why - discovering impact, architecture design and deal-winning opportunities. - AI and ML literacy: You have worked with LLMs, agents, evals, or ML pipelines in production. Familiarity with the modern stack (vLLM, SGLang, LangChain, Triton, model serving) is a strong plus. - Design and Architecture: Comfortable leading an architecture discussion with a customer's engineering leaders, then doing the work yourself. High agency and a bias for action. We especially welcome founding engineers and CTOs of early-stage startups, as well as engineers from infrastructure, MLOps, and developer-tool companies. Growth path Engineering ladder: Senior FDSE to Staff or Principal FDSE, with named-account ownership and architectural authority at every level. Leadership ladder: Lead FDSE to Head of FDSE, building and running the function. Cross-functional: the role builds the breadth that leads to CTO, VP of Engineering, and founder paths. Many FDSE alumni have gone on to start their own companies.

Zero legacy on-premise. Dlaczego teraz? To hybryda kodu backendowego i silnika zasilającego workflow agentowe: funkcje backendowe generują kontekst, który trafia do agentów AI, a backend orkiestruje i obsługuje te workflow end-to-end. Dbanie o wysoką jakość kodu ( Clean Code, SOLID, type hints ) – tworzenie czytelnych, łatwych w utrzymaniu rozwiązań oraz przeprowadzanie Code Review, by wspólnie podnosić standardy w zespole. Mile widziane — Data Engineering: Doświadczenie z data quality i pipeline’ami ETL/ELT — jeśli pracowałeś z jakością danych, rozumiesz, dlaczego testy i code review to nie biurokracja, a fundament. ⚙️ Jak wygląda proces rekrutacyjny?
