Your role

As a Senior Microsoft Business Applications Architect, you are the technical authority shaping how global clients modernize their customer and operational experiences. You bridge strategy and execution, guiding delivery teams, influencing client stakeholders, and contributing to bids and internal capability growth. Your architectural decisions define the quality, scalability, and long-term viability of complex Microsoft engagements.

Your project

The Digital Customer Experience (DCX) practice delivers intelligent, human-centered solutions for global enterprises and public-sector organizations. You will work in empowered Agile teams, owning the end-to-end lifecycle of business applications—from architecture to deployment—in a culture built on feedback and continuous learning.

Your tasks

  • Define and own end-to-end solution architecture across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure for enterprise client engagements.
  • Lead architecture workshops and technical discovery sessions with client stakeholders across manufacturing, retail, transport, and energy.
  • Support and contribute to pre-sales bids by producing solution designs, effort estimates, and technical proposals.
  • Guide and mentor mid- and senior-level engineers and consultants within delivery teams, ensuring architectural standards are met.
  • Drive adoption of AI-first design patterns, including Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Azure OpenAI, in client solutions.
  • Collaborate with Functional Consultants and Delivery Leads to balance business fit, technical feasibility, and long-term maintainability.
  • Contribute to Microsoft practice growth through reusable assets, internal enablement, and thought leadership.

Your profile

  • 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Business Applications, including 2–3 years in an architecture or technical lead role.
  • Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 (Contact Center, Sales, Service, Field Service) and Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Pages).
  • Solid understanding of Azure Integration Services, including Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and APIM; intermediate or advanced knowledge is a strong differentiator.
  • Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures that balance configuration, customization, and AI-driven automation.
  • Hands-on experience with ALM for Microsoft Business Applications, including solution segmentation, environment strategies, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
  • Experience in pre-sales and bid contexts, translating ambiguous client needs into credible, well-scoped technical proposals.
  • Ability to communicate, influence, and align stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to C-suite leaders.
  • Comfortable operating across multiple concurrent engagements and shifting priorities while maintaining quality and clarity.
