SharePoint Technical Specialist

Your role

As a SharePoint Developer, you design, maintain, and enhance enterprise collaboration platforms across on-premises and Microsoft 365 environments. You combine development expertise with platform administration to deliver stable, scalable, and secure solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you resolve complex technical challenges and contribute to modernization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives that support business-critical collaboration and document management capabilities.

Your project

Digital Customer Experience (DCX) practice delivers intelligent, human-centered solutions for global enterprises and public sector organizations. You'll work in empowered Agile squads, owning the end-to-end lifecycle of business applications—from architecture to deployment—in a culture built on feedback and continuous learning.

Your tasks

• Provide 3rd-line support for complex SharePoint issues.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint solutions (on-premises and Online).
• Support upgrades and migration activities.
• Ensure platform availability and performance.
• Collaborate on collaboration and document solutions.
• Contribute to automation and optimization initiatives.

Your profile

• Strong experience with SharePoint Server (2019+) and SharePoint Online.
• Solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Experience in enterprise-level troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of SharePoint development and architecture.
• Familiarity with Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Exposure to AI, Copilot, and modern workplace tools.
• Microsoft certifications are a plus.
