Copilot Studio Developer (Power Platform)

YOUR ROLE

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade AI assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, and the Power Platform.
• Build and integrate Power Platform components, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Identify processes suitable for AI adoption by analyzing business workflows, detecting repetitive patterns, and evaluating automation potential.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into clear, structured AI scenarios.
• Ensure all AI solutions meet enterprise standards for security, performance, reliability, and compliance.

YOUR PROFILE

• 3–5+ years of experience and a solid background in Power Platform.
• Experience with AI-assisted solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams while identifying high-value opportunities for intelligent automation.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including conversational flows, agent logic, and integrations.
• Practical experience with Power Apps (Canvas/Model-Driven), Dataverse, and Power Automate.
• Basic knowledge of Azure services or Azure AI.
• C# experience is nice to have.

Technical Awareness

• Understanding of how AI assistants operate in enterprise environments, including integration patterns, data flows, and solution constraints.
• Awareness of when to apply AI versus traditional automation, including limitations and high-value opportunities.
• Familiarity with modern cloud ecosystems and how AI and Power Platform components interact within them.
• Ability to combine technical expertise with analytical and communication skills to identify and deliver effective AI-driven automation.
