Your role

As a Senior Microsoft Business Applications & AI Engineer, you sit at the intersection of enterprise engineering and intelligent automation. You lead the design and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, integrating AI capabilities that drive measurable business impact for global clients. Your technical decisions shape the Microsoft CX practice and the digital experiences of end users.

Your project

You will join the Digital Customer Experience practice and work across the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Industry Clouds. Projects support clients in financial services, telecommunications, utilities, manufacturing, retail, life sciences, and the public sector. You will be assigned to a project that matches your domain background and career direction.

Your tasks

• Lead delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions within Agile teams.
• Extend platform capabilities through pro-code customization, including plugins, PCF, and custom connectors.
• Design and implement AI-powered experiences using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Microsoft Foundry.
• Build and maintain enterprise integrations across ERP, CPQ, telephony, and SaaS systems.
• Champion CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate with Architects and Functional Consultants to shape the right solution approach.

Your profile

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365: Contact Center, Sales, and Service.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform: Dataverse, Apps, Automate, and Pages.
• Proficiency in C# and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Comfort with PowerShell/Bash and Infrastructure-as-Code using Bicep, ARM, or Terraform.
• Experience with Azure Integration Services: Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or Azure OpenAI integrations in business workflows.
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-600, PL-400, AZ-204, AI-102, and AB-100 are a strong plus.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable solutions, balancing configuration and customization trade-offs with a cost/value mindset.
• Analytical, adaptable approach and ability to work in ambiguous, fast-moving delivery environments.
• Ability to influence technical direction across cross-functional teams and communicate confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
