Senior Consultant (MS Dynamics 365 F&O Sales & Purchases)

Your Role

Join as a trusted advisor and leader in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects. Shape Sales & Purchases solutions, guide cross-functional teams through global rollouts, and help optimize business processes while ensuring successful delivery from design to go-live.

Your Project

Join the GDC (Global Delivery Center) and the PBS (Package Based Services) department. The team combines technological expertise with strategic business consulting to deliver solutions for global enterprises across diverse industries and support business-transformation goals.

Your Tasks

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end project phases for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Sales & Purchases, including fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, SIT/UAT, data migration, and go-live activities.
• Coordinate, mentor, and onboard junior Sales & Purchases functional consultants, ensuring clear task ownership and knowledge sharing.
• Lead Sales & Purchases workshops and training sessions, facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders, and ensure knowledge transfer to the client organization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and align Sales & Purchases with Finance, Manufacturing, data migration, and development streams.
• Manage stakeholders by interacting with client leadership and internal teams, providing direction, managing expectations, and supporting decision-making.
• Ensure deliverable quality by reviewing functional designs, configuration setups, test scenarios, and other contractual deliverables.
• Identify risks, define mitigation strategies, and guide clients toward optimal process and system solutions aligned with project objectives.

Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Sales & Purchase modules.
• Professional experience in Sales & Purchase, with a strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
• Experience in international ERP rollouts and core-model deployments.
• Minimum 3 years of data-migration experience, including data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and reconciliation.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional specifications and solution documentation.
• Understanding of integration patterns and interfaces, including API, EDI, middleware, data mapping, and interface validation in cooperation with technical teams.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills for working with business and IT stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, autonomy, proactivity, open-mindedness, and clear, calm, structured communication.
