Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Family Medicine Physician, you will serve as a cornerstone of community health, providing comprehensive family medicine excluding obstetrics for a large, loyal service area. This role focuses on clinic-based and inpatient primary care and offers the opportunity to cultivate deep, long-term patient relationships across generations.

Job Requirements

Required

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
• Active or eligible license in the state of Minnesota
• Strong clinical skills with experience in Family Medicine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients and families
• BLS

Where You'll Work

The community has a population of around 3,500 residents and a twin city across the state border. It is part of a micropolitan statistical area. Two rivers join here to form the Red River of the North.

Pay Range

$354,780 - $354,780 /year
