About the role
We are looking for an IT System Analyst to shape modern, efficient, and digital input-management solutions within the IT landscape.
In this role, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that complex requirements are clearly defined, analyzed, and implemented effectively. You will translate business needs into high-quality IT solutions that support strategic objectives.

- Translate customer visions into tangible digital solutions that create real added value.
- Analyze existing business processes and develop innovative, more efficient, intelligent, and customer-centric approaches.
- Identify optimization potential, ensure smooth systems, and drive their continuous further development.
- Orchestrate the development process using modern methods and ensure the flow from idea to implementation.
- Develop future-oriented ideas that make platforms more stable, future-proof, and competitive.
Skills and experience you will need
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- University degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering, or a comparable field.
- At least 3 years of experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, or system analysis in complex IT environments.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methods and experience working in agile product teams.
- Confidence using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for documentation and collaboration.
- Knowledge of requirements modeling, such as UML and BPMN, and process analysis.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams and time zones.
- Willingness to occasionally travel to workshops or other team locations.
Nice to have
- German language knowledge at B1/B2 level.
- IREB certification.
