About the role

As a Senior Software Engineer (IAM), you can shape the technical design of one of the organisation’s most critical platforms. You will develop features based on security, business or architectural requirements and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to find the best solution design and technical implementation.

How you will get the job done

• Work closely with product owners and business analysts to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical design and implementation.
• Provide technical leadership on development projects.
• Develop and maintain features in the context of project or run activities.
• Analyse and improve existing technical implementations.
• Define and promote development principles and processes.
• Ensure robust, performant and scalable solution designs.
• Assist application developers at all levels with interpreting requirements and creating solution designs.
• Participate in all levels of testing, from unit testing through performance testing.
• Create an appropriate level of documentation required for maintenance and support.

Skills and experience you will need

• Fluent English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer with expertise in the software development lifecycle.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with One Identity Manager; SailPoint knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of IAM (Identity and Access Management) and related technologies.
• Understanding of complex technical infrastructures and cloud environments.
• Experience with system automation and Agile development methodology.
• Proactive, can-do mentality.
