Technical Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to join the Content Onboarding team. In this role, you will work closely with global and regional content partners, including Netflix, Disney, BBC, DAZN, and HBO Max, to support integration of their video applications with Smart TV and automotive media platforms. You will act as the primary technical point of contact during onboarding, ensuring smooth integration, issue resolution, and high-quality application delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for content partners during onboarding
• Support partners with technical integration of video applications
• Coordinate onboarding activities with Engineering, Product, and QA teams
• Run regular status meetings and provide clear progress updates
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when needed
• Contribute to improving onboarding processes and workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience as a Technical Account Manager or in a similar technical role
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with external partners
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills
• Fluent English, spoken and written

Nice to have

• Understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Understanding of video delivery ecosystems
• Experience in Smart TV, automotive, or digital media environments
• Knowledge of content delivery, advertising technologies, and metadata systems
• Additional foreign languages
