Technical Project Manager (Service Delivery Manager)

What you will get to do

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for TV OEM and ODM partners during TiVo OS onboarding, manufacturing, and post-launch activities.
  • Supervise partner-specific TiVo OS configuration in the Linux-Yocto layer.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical requirements and ensure timely delivery of onboarding initiatives and customer software releases.
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Engineering, Support, and QA teams.
  • Perform technical troubleshooting and drive issue resolution, coordinating the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Monitor IT service performance and act as an escalation point for incidents, problems, and changes.
  • Report IT service and post-launch support performance to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.

Who we are looking for

Main requirements for the role:

  • Previous experience in L2/L3 technical support, software engineering, or technical project or delivery management.
  • Ability to navigate code, understand its architecture and versioning, and identify key configuration parameters and their implications.
  • Previous experience in managerial or semi-managerial technical positions with significant autonomy and influence.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Ability to collaborate, coordinate, and drive work in a global, cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, including the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Valued qualifications

  • Knowledge of Linux.
  • Experience in embedded device industries.
  • Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
  • Knowledge of Python.
