About the role

Join the Marketing AI Team to enable AI transformation across the marketing organization by building a foundation layer for products and tools. This is a generalist engineering role for someone comfortable working across the stack and domains, turning vague problems and blank roadmaps into practical solutions.

You will work in a hybrid model, with the engineering team based in Kraków and reporting to a local Engineering Manager. Team members are expected to work from the office at least 50% of the time, calculated monthly.

You will

  • Own problems end to end, from speaking with partners to understand needs through shipping and ensuring production reliability.
  • Make autonomous decisions on architecture, trade-offs, and priorities, and support them with data.
  • Work with people across the business to translate unclear requests into finished products.
  • Use AI tooling in daily work while critically evaluating its output.
  • Query, analyze, and interpret data to support decisions.
  • Develop into an engineer others want assigned to their projects.

You have

  • 3+ years of engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in at least one backend language, with a strong preference for Go.
  • Hands-on experience querying, wrangling, and interpreting data.
  • Practical fluency working with AI and LLMs, with a critical and skeptical approach to their output.
  • The independence to work autonomously and the judgment to involve others when appropriate.
  • A strong passion for security.

Bonus points

  • Interest in Zig or Rust.

Compensation Details

The starting base salary range is typically zł245,000–zł275,000. Equity is part of the total compensation plan.
