About the role

Join the Marketing AI Team to enable AI transformation across the marketing organization by building a foundational layer for products and tools. This is a cross-stack, cross-domain role for a generalist engineer who can turn vague problems into effective solutions.

The engineering team is based in Kraków and reports to the local Engineering Manager. The role follows a hybrid model, with office attendance expected at least 50% of the time each month.

You will

  • Own problems end to end, from understanding partner needs through shipping and ensuring production reliability.
  • Make autonomous decisions on architecture, trade-offs, and priorities, and support them with data.
  • Work directly with business partners to translate unclear requests into finished products.
  • Use AI tooling effectively in daily work while critically validating its output.
  • Query, analyze, and interpret data to make evidence-based decisions.
  • Develop into an engineer others want assigned to their projects.

You have

  • At least 5 years of engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in at least one backend language, preferably Go.
  • Hands-on experience querying, wrangling, and interpreting data.
  • Fluency and practical experience with AI and LLMs, along with a critical approach to their outputs.
  • Independence to lead work autonomously and judgment to involve others when appropriate.
  • A strong passion for security.

Bonus points

  • Interest in Zig or Rust.

Compensation Details

The typical starting base salary range is zł 245,000–zł 275,000. Equity is part of the total compensation plan.
