The Power Platforms team, within End-User Engineering & Operations in Group Technology, empowers business and technology teams to securely build solutions, automate workflows, and leverage AI capabilities to improve business productivity and strategic outcomes. The team ensures stable, compliant, and reliable services that end users can depend on.

Description

Design, build, and optimize business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform in a full-time role. The role focuses on automation, AI transformation, and process improvement to help teams work more efficiently through technology. You will design and deliver solutions that simplify processes, improve productivity, and create tangible business value.

Main responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Copilot Studio agents.
• Develop and maintain reusable solution blueprints, templates, components, connectivity, and design patterns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues; optimize solution performance; and ensure reliability, scalability, and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, strategic goals, and automation opportunities.
• Establish documentation and adoption activities while promoting Power Platform best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience implementing AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and generative AI capabilities.
• Strong understanding of solution lifecycle management, environment strategy, security models, and application support practices.
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Azure services, APIs, and other enterprise systems.
• Experience supporting solution governance, security, environment strategy, data management, and compliance requirements within an enterprise environment.

• Troubleshooting, optimizing, and continuously improving business applications and automated processes.
