Solution Architect, Power Platform

We are looking for a Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and governance of enterprise-scale solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform. This role will be based on a full-time employment agreement.

Meet the Power Platforms team, within End-User Engineering & Operations in Group Technology. Our role is to empower business and technology teams to securely build solutions, automate workflows, and leverage AI capabilities - improving business productivity and strategic outcomes. We strive to ensure stable, compliant, and reliable services which end-users can depend on.

Main responsibilities in this role

• Lead the end-to-end solution architecture and technical design of Power Platform solutions.
• Engage with business and technology stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, define solution requirements, evaluate feasibility studies, and translate them into scalable architecture designs.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to solution engineers, administrators, and project teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain architecture standards, design patterns, governance controls, and best practices across the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Develop adoption strategies, enablement initiatives, and governance frameworks that encourage responsible platform growth while maximizing business value.

Your background and skills include

• Strong background in solution architecture, application design, systems integration, and enterprise technology platforms.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions using Microsoft Power Platform; including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives from requirements gathering through architecture, delivery, and operational support.
• Demonstrated success partnering with business stakeholders to define roadmaps, identify opportunities for automation, and deliver measurable business value.
• Experience operating within enterprise governance, security, risk, compliance, and architecture frameworks.

It would be ideal if you also have

• Experience implementing intelligent automation, AI-powered solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience designing and enabling integration patterns with APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile delivery methodologies, and Application Lifecycle Management.
