Solution Engineer, Power Platform

About the role

Design, build, and optimize business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform in a full-time role. The team enables business and technology teams to securely build solutions, automate workflows, and leverage AI capabilities to improve productivity and strategic outcomes, while ensuring stable, compliant, and reliable services.

Main responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Copilot Studio agents.
• Develop and maintain reusable solution blueprints, templates, components, connectivity, and design patterns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues; optimize solution performance; and ensure reliability, scalability, and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, strategic goals, and automation opportunities.
• Establish documentation and adoption activities while promoting Power Platform best practices.

Background and skills

• Proven experience designing and delivering solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience implementing AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and generative AI capabilities.
• Strong understanding of solution lifecycle management, environment strategy, security models, and application support practices.
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Azure services, APIs, and other enterprise systems.
• Experience supporting solution governance, security, environment strategy, data management, and compliance requirements in an enterprise environment.

Preferred experience

• Driving business adoption and supporting end-user communities through training, enablement, and stakeholder engagement.
• Troubleshooting, optimizing, and continuously improving business applications and automated processes.
• Working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver business-focused technology solutions.
