Solution Engineer, Power Platform

We are looking for a Solution Engineer to design, build, and optimize business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This role is based on a full-time employment agreement.

The Power Platforms team, within End-User Engineering & Operations in Group Technology, empowers business and technology teams to securely build solutions, automate workflows, and leverage AI capabilities to improve business productivity and strategic outcomes. The team ensures stable, compliant, and reliable services that end users can depend on.

Main responsibilities in this role

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Copilot Studio agents.
• Develop and maintain reusable solution blueprints, templates, components, connectivity, and design patterns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, optimize solution performance, and ensure solution reliability, scalability, and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, strategic goals, and automation opportunities.
• Establish documentation and adoption activities while promoting Power Platform best practices.

Your background and skills include

• Proven experience designing and delivering solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience implementing AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and generative AI capabilities.
• Strong understanding of solution lifecycle management, environment strategy, security models, and application support practices.
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Azure services, APIs, and other enterprise systems.
• Experience supporting solution governance, security, environment strategy, data management, and compliance requirements within an enterprise environment.

It would be ideal if you also

• Have experience driving business adoption and supporting end-user communities through training, enablement, and stakeholder engagement.
• Bring strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve business applications and automated processes.
• Have demonstrated ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver business-focused technology solutions.
