Enterprise Administrator, Power Platform

We are looking for an Enterprise Administrator to oversee the administration, governance, security, and operational management of Microsoft’s Power Platform across the enterprise. This role is based on a full-time employment agreement.

About our team

The Power Platforms team, within End-User Engineering & Operations in Group Technology, empowers business and technology teams to securely build solutions, automate workflows, and leverage AI capabilities to improve business productivity and strategic outcomes. The team ensures stable, compliant, and reliable services that end users can depend on.

Main responsibilities in this role

  • Ensure the platform remains secure, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational standards.
  • Support the rollout of new capabilities, governance processes, and platform standards.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for platform-related issues and for business and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain platform documentation, end-user instructions, and guidelines.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to enable adoption of low-code and AI-powered solutions.

Who you are

This role is suited to a collaborative, customer-focused Power Platform professional with a background in platform administration, governance, security, and operational excellence. You are passionate about enabling business innovation through low-code, automation, and AI technologies while ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant.

Your background and skills include

  • Extensive working knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, with deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Copilot Studio in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience managing platform governance frameworks, security controls, environments, and connectors.
  • Proven track record of driving operational improvements, troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring platform health, and managing licensing and capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of AI governance and risk-management frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management and Application Lifecycle Management processes.

It would be ideal if you also

  • Have experience driving business adoption and supporting end-user communities through training, enablement, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Have experience driving operational excellence through automation and standardization.
  • Hold relevant Microsoft Power Platform, Fabric, and Microsoft 365 certifications.
