About the role

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will provide ServiceNow technical solutions to support high CMDB quality standards and the single point of truth strategy.

The role is part of the IT Infrastructure and Operations Tower, delivering stable operational services with a focus on continuous service delivery optimization, standardization, and automation. You will support the Cross Functional Team responsible for CMDB data quality for global IT infrastructure components across Cloud, DataCenter, and Office environments.

How you will get the job done

• Enable, configure, and develop automated CMDB discovery for new and existing infrastructure components.
• Develop Discovery procedures, including identification and reconciliation rules; monitor error logs; troubleshoot and resolve related issues.
• Design and develop complex solutions based on ITSM, ITOM, HAM, and other module requirements.
• Support the Service Manager for CMDB Infrastructure Quality and the requirements team, with a focus on ServiceNow Architecture, CSDM, and technical interfaces.
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure teams to translate requirements into technical solutions that meet customer demand.
• Ensure system architecture supports business scalability and strategy and meets audit, compliance, and security requirements.
• Create and configure reports, dashboards, schedules, and other operational activities or outputs associated with discovery functions.

Skills and experience you will need

• Very good spoken and written Business English.
• University degree in IT, Business Information Management, or an equivalent qualification.
• Outstanding ability and experience developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL and ITOM processes and solutions, with deep process, functional, and technical understanding of CMDB and CSDM.
• ServiceNow certifications for CMDB Discovery.
• Experience in IT Infrastructure Operations and Asset Management, preferably in a large enterprise environment covering network, server, data center, and cloud.
• Minimum 3 years of practical experience as a ServiceNow Developer and experience with ServiceNow Discovery.
• Deep analytical skills and proven experience in ServiceNow CMDB troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Experience eliciting and documenting requirements and evolving them into successful solutions.
