About the role

The HRIS Manager is responsible for the effective configuration, maintenance and continuous improvement of the HR Information System within the assigned scope. The role ensures reliable system operations, data integrity and alignment with HR, payroll and administration processes. The position acts as a key link between HR, IT, Product Owners and end users to deliver efficient system solutions and high-quality user support.

How you will get the job done

  • Managing day-to-day HRIS operations and system configuration within the assigned functional scope
  • Ensuring data accuracy, system security, confidentiality and appropriate user access management
  • Maintaining and updating system configurations, business process definitions and functional settings in line with business requirements and internal standards
  • Analyzing HR data and providing reports, metrics and insights to support decision-making in HR, payroll and administration
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and recommending system enhancements to increase efficiency and data quality
  • Cooperating with HR, IT, Product Owners and other stakeholders in the implementation of new functionalities, updates and system improvements
  • Preparing and maintaining documentation of system specifications, processes and procedures
  • Coordinating and supporting testing activities for new features, changes and updates to ensure quality and business readiness
  • Providing training and ongoing support to HRIS users to ensure effective and consistent use of the system
  • Monitoring market and system developments to identify opportunities for further optimization of HR technology and user experience

Skills and experience you will need

  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field
  • 5–8+ years of professional experience in HRIS support, system administration or a comparable HR operations role
  • Experience of implementing or working with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Solid knowledge of HR processes, especially payroll, personnel administration and employee data management
  • Experience in HR system configuration, user support, testing and process documentation
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
  • High attention to detail, accuracy and a structured approach to problem-solving
