Senior Node.js Developer

What You'll Do

• Work on high-traffic projects handling 200M+ HTTP requests and 800M+ messages daily.
• Use a technology stack including Kafka, MongoDB, ClickHouse, and Redis.
• Lead greenfield projects with a high degree of autonomy.
• Design and implement new features, scale the platform, optimize performance, and ensure stability.
• Continuously improve the codebase and architecture for performance and maintainability.
• Provide in-depth code reviews, pair programming, and support teammates' growth.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in TypeScript and ES6+.
• Expertise in Node.js and Fastify.
• Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including database design, queries, aggregations, replication, and sharding.
• Ability to scale web applications through load balancing, clustering, and optimization.
• Ability to provide in-depth code reviews and pair programming.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial backend development experience.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of microservices and messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, AMQP, and Kafka.
• Experience with OLAP technologies, such as Druid, ClickHouse, or Snowflake.
• Familiarity with Angular, NestJS, or Express.js.
• React Native experience.
• Go or Rust.
• DevOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Startup experience.
