The area

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be part of the R&D unit Software Solutions (SWS), with development teams in Poland and Denmark. SWS develops software for desktop, mobile, wearables such as Apple Watch, and cloud solutions that help customers get the most benefit from their hearing aids.

The teams work in the SAFe framework. The App area consists of seven stream-aligned teams across two ARTs, focused on mobile app development, test automation, and DevOps infrastructure. The DevOps team ensures fast, stable, and traceable delivery pipelines across environments; maintains on-premise build agents; manages app stores and releases; and automates CI/CD processes.

The DevOps Engineer role ensures high reliability, performance, and automation standards in development and release workflows. It also contributes to the long-term strategy for DevOps practices and tooling.

Join a team developing a cross-platform mobile application for Android and iOS devices deployed on Azure DevOps. The application enables telemedicine and remote control of hearing instruments.

Must have

  • Experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Platform Engineering roles
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps, including pipelines, repositories, and access policies
  • Strong PowerShell Core scripting skills
  • Proficiency in YAML-based pipeline development
  • Management of Azure DevOps on-premise build agents
  • Git
  • Mobile CI/CD knowledge
  • Awareness of DevOps best practices

Nice to have

  • C# programming
  • Microsoft Cloud certifications: AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-204, or AZ-400
  • Bash or Python scripting
  • .NET, Xamarin, or MAUI experience
  • Experience with GitLab CI, Jenkins, TeamCity, or another CI/CD tool
  • Mobile development experience
  • Google Play or Apple App Store release management
  • Familiarity with GitOps or Zero Trust architecture
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management, preferably Azure
  • Experience in regulated or high-compliance environments

Key tasks

  • Create and maintain Azure DevOps solutions as part of the System Team
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve pipelines to ensure a stable and smooth development experience
  • Manage and maintain on-premise build agents
  • Create internal tools to automate manual or repetitive processes and limit human errors
  • Manage App Store Connect, TestFlight, and Google Play Console user accounts
  • Create documentation and share knowledge among team members
  • Cooperate with and support product teams
  • Research and evaluate tools, technologies, and methodologies aligned with DevOps goals
