Senior IT Analyst

General Information

• Work model: Hybrid — 3 days per week from the office in Warsaw, Łódź, or Tricity
• Contract: B2B, long-term cooperation
• Rate: Up to 135 PLN net + VAT per hour

Introduction & Summary

The Senior IT Analyst partners strategically with business stakeholders to develop and document business strategies, enabling sustainable solutions. The role requires a strong background in IT and business analysis, excellent communication skills, and experience with Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business strategies.
• Elicit functional and non-functional requirements in cooperation with different stakeholders.
• Translate business strategies into detailed technical requirements for the IT team.
• Ensure requirements traceability throughout end-to-end development.
• Document requirements, including use cases, and improve their quality.
• Support testers and developers within the team.
• Verify developed solutions by reviewing test results.
• Provide stakeholders with insights into the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in IT and/or business analysis.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of API development, data mapping, and process modelling.
• Knowledge of the banking sector and payment domain.
• Practical knowledge of SQL and user interface prototyping.
• Familiarity with architecture diagrams, including sequence diagrams.
• Solid technical knowledge for effective collaboration with developers.
• Proficiency with analysis tools and methodologies.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking sector.
• Practical knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of Single and Multi Payments systems.
