Description

Join a major core banking transformation programme focused on replacing local legacy systems with a unified Nordic banking platform. You will gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders, translate them into features and user stories, and manage requirements independently from discovery to handover to developers, with a focus on bank statements and reporting. You will coordinate dependencies across business and technology teams and prepare clear functional documentation within a complex, large-scale banking programme.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst
• Experience in the banking sector, preferably within a large bank
• Professional knowledge of bank statements and reporting
• Experience managing requirements throughout the complete delivery lifecycle
• Experience working in a programme involving approximately 300+ specialists
• Ability to quickly understand complex systems and dependencies
• Fluent English
• Availability to work from the Gdańsk or Warsaw office twice per week
