Senior UX Designer

About the Role

• Lead end-to-end UX design processes for web and mobile fintech B2B and B2C products.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve a scalable design system that ensures consistency across products and teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple countries.
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and best practices, including WCAG 2.2 compliance.
• Create clear UX presentations to communicate design decisions and user insights.
• Work closely with Product Managers and the development team.
• Conduct accessibility and usability audits and support implementation of improvements.
• Drive the UX process from discovery through prototyping and implementation.
• Advocate for design quality and continuous improvement across the team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing complex digital products, ideally in fintech.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design thinking and a deep understanding of UX processes.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and design practices, including WCAG 2.2.
• Use AI tools to accelerate the design process and explore new ways of creating user experiences.
• Proven experience creating, scaling, and maintaining design systems.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Analysts.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• German is nice to have.
