Senior UX Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE:Lead end-to-end UX design processes for web and mobile fintech B2B and B2C productsDevelop, maintain and continuously improve a scalable design system that ensures consistency across products and teamsCollaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple countriesEnsure all designs meet accessibility standards and best practices, including WCAG 2.2 compliance Create clear UX presentations to communicate design decisions and user insightsWork closely with Product Managers and development teamConduct accessibility and usability audits and support implementation of improvementsDrive the UX process from discovery phase through prototyping and implementationAdvocate for design quality and continuous improvement across the teamREQUIREMENTS:4+ years of experience for complex digital products, ideally in fintechStrong portfolio demonstrating creative design thinking and deep understanding of UX processesProficiency in FigmaStrong knowledge of accessibility standards and design practices, including WCAG 2.2Use AI tools to accelerate design process and explore new ways of creating user experienceProven experience creating, scaling and maintaining design systemsExperience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers and Business Analysts Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design decisionsBasic understanding of HTML and CSSExcellent English communication skills (written and spoken)German (nice to have)WHAT WE CAN OFFER:Opportunity to work on innovative fintech products using modern technologiesChance to work in a truly international environment with cross-functional teamsLearning opportunities through internal workshops and expert mentoringSpace to develop new skillsCompetitive salary Work in a modern officeFlexible hybrid work model
