Description

Design responsive UI interfaces for a financial-sector client and support the creation and evolution of design system components. You will prepare hi-fi prototypes and ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1/2.2, translating business briefs into consistent UI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design responsive UI interfaces in Figma

• Create and develop UI components and design systems

• Prepare high-fidelity prototypes and mockups

• Ensure projects meet WCAG 2.1/2.2 standards

• Translate briefs and business assumptions into coherent UI solutions

• Collaborate with the strategist and present design decisions to the client

• Maintain pixel-perfect details, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy

• Organize your work independently and estimate delivery time

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a UI Designer

• Portfolio with projects from FinTech, banking, e-commerce, or corporate client websites

• Very good Figma skills

• Responsive Web Design experience (grid systems, breakpoints, multiple resolutions)

• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 (contrast, readability, and interactive element sizing)

• Experience with Design Systems and scalable components

• Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes in Figma

• Ability to translate business assumptions and briefs into UI solutions

• Ability to justify design decisions using best practices, WCAG guidance, and strategy alignment

• Strong attention to detail (pixel-perfect, typography, visual hierarchy, grid, spacing)

• Independence, good organization, and ability to estimate effort
