Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with strong ServiceNow experience to lead business analysis efforts for ServiceNow implementations. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions and ensure successful project delivery.

This role is primarily offered under a standard employment contract, in accordance with applicable labor regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business analysis function for ServiceNow projects, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD or other ServiceNow modules
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, developers and other stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Analyze and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for ServiceNow solutions
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and meetings to elicit requirements and drive consensus
• Develop user stories, process flows and use cases to support solution design and development
• Oversee the configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules to meet business objectives
• Support testing, training and change management activities
• Provide best practices for ServiceNow implementations

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including excellent knowledge of requirement-gathering techniques, process mapping and stakeholder engagement
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow processes, modules and integrations
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and design
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist, are a plus
• Experience with ServiceNow in the public sector is a plus
• Experience in consulting or working with global clients is preferred
