Description

As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant, you will drive excellence in ServiceNow delivery by designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions that help clients work smarter, faster, and more efficiently. You will work with peers across cloud, data, and AI to build intelligent workflows and scalable enterprise architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that drive business excellence.
• Push the boundaries of ServiceNow platform capabilities to deliver transformative results.
• Guide talented engineers and developers; foster collaboration, growth, and continuous learning.
• Manage practice consultancy artefacts in the Knowledge Base.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow, other partners, and clients to understand needs and translate them into scalable ServiceNow architectures.
• Create and design products and solutions using ServiceNow modules; build intellectual property.
• Set the standard for ServiceNow development, integration, and governance (quality, security, performance).
• Design for AI and drive the AI agenda in ServiceNow projects.
• Support marketing activities, campaigns, and events.
• Help organize ServiceNow Townhalls and Sales Bootcamps/“SNUGs” to share knowledge and achievements.

Requirements

• 12+ years delivering complex ServiceNow projects across multiple domains (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and development best practices.
• Effective communication; ability to lead with influence and mentor/grow talent.
• Creative problem-solving approach.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, or others) — desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ level).
