Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution design aligned with business needs and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to define scope, develop plans and create roadmaps.
• Develop business cases and conduct feasibility assessments for new initiatives.
• Facilitate requirements workshops with global and regional teams.
• Align detailed designs with architectural standards and maintain traceability to requirements.
• Focus on user experience and Salesforce out-of-the-box capabilities to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Ensure service delivery complies with security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide input to decision-making processes alongside business stakeholders.
• Document solutions clearly and to a high standard in agile environments.
• Plan and coordinate deployments with project and operations teams.
• Ensure solution readiness and stability during environment transitions.

Requirements

• Strong functional expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Health Cloud, with solid platform knowledge.
• Background in business or technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Extensive solution design, business analysis or similar experience in healthcare.
• Experience working in complex, global, multi-team environments.
• Knowledge of Patient Services and pharmacovigilance processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in matrix and multicultural organizations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Results-oriented mindset and proactive attitude.
