Built on a common standard, every stablecoin on M0 is interoperable and liquid from day one — giving businesses programmable control over how money moves in their ecosystems, and giving financial institutions the most advanced issuance stack in the industry.
M0 is seeking a Product Manager to own a core area of the M0 platform end-to-end — and to be accountable not just for shipping it, but for scaling its adoption and revenue. You will report directly to our Chief Product and Strategy Officer and operate with the autonomy of a product leader: setting direction, making hard calls, and partnering with leadership, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to take products from inception to scale.

- Own commercial trajectory, adoption, and revenue outcomes.
- Translate user needs into actionable product requirements.
- Partner with engineering on technical trade-offs and scoping.
- Operate within regulated and supervised environments.
- Define success metrics and use data for prioritization decisions.
- Collaborate with go-to-market, sales, and partnership teams.
- Write specifications, strategy memos, customer updates, and launch narratives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management or product leadership experience.
- Proven record of shipping impactful products and scaling revenue.
- Experience in payments, financial services, or regulated environments preferred.
- Strong technical fluency and systems thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong analytical and data skills.
- Interest in crypto, stablecoins, and financial infrastructure.
Skills & Attributes
- Autonomous decision-making under ambiguity.
- Bias toward action and iterative delivery.
- Collaborative communication across technical and business teams.
- Delivery-focused execution and prioritization.
- Customer-focused product thinking.
- Ability to raise standards across teams.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with network-effects products and platforms.
- Experience with stablecoin issuance or tokenization.
- Experience building developer tools, SDKs, platforms, or APIs.
Compensation
- Competitive compensation including salary and equity/token grant.
Benefits
- Remote flexibility with hubs in NYC and Berlin.
- Healthcare insurance, wellbeing allowance, and gym membership.
- Customizable IT equipment setup.
- Annual professional development budget and conference opportunities.
