About the Role Reporting to the Deputy COO, you will be a senior member of the legal team, with primary responsibility for commercial contracting, corporate governance execution, fundraising, day-to-day legal support, and other ad hoc strategic projects. You will play a critical role in hiring and developing a team as the company scales. This role requires a leader who can perform substantive legal work alongside an experienced executive team, with significant exposure to critical and sophisticated workstreams.
