M0 is seeking a Product Manager to own a core area of the M0 platform end-to-end — and to be accountable not just for shipping it, but for scaling its adoption and revenue. You will report directly to our Chief Product and Strategy Officer and operate with the autonomy of a product leader: setting direction, making hard calls, and partnering with leadership, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to take products from inception to scale. This is a role for someone at the top of their craft — someone who has built products from zero and grown them into meaningful businesses. Key Responsibilities - Own a core product area end-to-end — from discovery and scoping through launch, measurement, and the growth that follows. You own the outcome, not just the release. - Take products from inception to scale, and own their commercial trajectory — you treat adoption and revenue as first-class product metrics. - Develop a deep understanding of users and translate their needs into actionable product requirements. - Partner closely with engineering on technical trade-offs, sequencing, and scoping. - Ship inside regulated, supervised environments, working through risks and constraints without losing momentum. - Define success metrics, instrument what matters, and use data to drive prioritization and trade-off decisions. - Collaborate with go-to-market, sales and partnership teams to align product launches with customer rollouts and ecosystem growth. - Write clearly and frequently — specs, strategy memos, customer updates, and launch narratives. Qualifications - 10+ years of product management or product leadership experience with a proven track record of shipping impactful products. - Demonstrated ability to scale a product's revenue and own commercial outcomes. - Deep experience in payments, financial services, or regulated environments preferred. - Strong technical fluency and systems thinking. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong analytical instincts and fluency with data. - Curiosity about crypto, stablecoins, and the future of money. Skills & Attributes - Operates with autonomy and strong decision-making under ambiguity. - Bias toward action and iterative delivery. - Collaborative communication across finance, blockchain, engineering, and design teams. - Delivery-focused mindset with strong prioritization. - Customer-focused product thinking. - Ability to raise standards across teams and processes. Nice to Haves - Experience building networks or network-effects products. - Experience with stablecoin issuance or tokenization. - Experience building developer tools, platforms, SDKs, or APIs. Compensation - Competitive compensation including base salary and equity/token grant. Benefits - Global remote-first team with hubs in NYC and Berlin. - Comprehensive healthcare insurance, wellbeing allowance, and gym membership. - Customizable IT equipment setup. - Annual professional development budget, conferences, and company events.
