About the role

Medallion eliminates manual work by automating tedious back office processes. In addition to the user platform, underpinning the largest products are powerful internal tools, integrations, automations, and AI that dramatically impact the speed, reliability, and efficiency of these processes. You will own the strategy and development of a portfolio of products and associated business outcomes.

Base compensation for this role may land between $160,000-$210,000. In addition to base salary, equity and benefits are offered as part of the total compensation package. Many factors are considered when determining pay including market data, geographic location, skills, qualifications, experience, and level.

Core Responsibilities

Ownership

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of customer applications and the associated business outcomes

Strategy

  • Develop and maintain a 6-12 month roadmap that reflects the latest technology developments as well as active input from customers and internal stakeholders

Execution & Impact

  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, other PMs, and cross-functional partners to ensure the timely execution of new products and features and deliver the business outcomes driving the investment

Rollout

  • Work with product marketing and other internal teams to ensure the successful packaging and rollout of new capabilities

Analytics

  • Develop and refine frameworks for measuring key product and adoption metrics
